Actions and Content

Turn the measurement into work, and the work into published content

Opportunity cards come from measured conditions and are tied to their evidence. Your team records its decisions; the Content Studio prepares content with its evidence and checks that the published page matches the approved text.

Opportunity card

Example
ContentSuggested

Publish a guide page that answers the comparison questions

Why
In comparison questions a competitor was named and you were not.
Evidence
The answers to those questions and the sources they leaned on
How it is checked
The next measurement with the same questions
Example view · drawn with a sample brand and sample data, not a real measurement.

Answers are collected on 5 engines, each one reported on its own:

  • ChatGPT
  • Gemini
  • Perplexity
  • Claude
  • Google AI Overview

01

Opportunity cards from measured conditions

Each opportunity comes from a condition observed in the measurement: lost questions, sources that do not name you, gaps in site readiness. The card says why it was suggested and opens to its evidence in one click.

  • Opportunities can be printed and taken into a team meeting on paper.
  • A suggestion without evidence never becomes a card.

Roadmap

Example

Now

Next

Research

Which source is read in price questions

Watch

The competitor named with you in trust questions

02

An evidence-based roadmap

Opportunities are sorted into now, next, research and watch bands. The roadmap is read from the measurement; moving a line up by hand does not change its evidence.

  • Every line is tied to the measurement it rests on.
  • The next measurement shows whether a line still holds.

Action centre

Example
  • Guide page publishedcompleted · awaiting re-measurement
  • Structured data on product pagesin progress
  • A process for review repliesplanned
  • Forum campaigndismissed

Decisions are only ever added; who decided, and when, stays on record.

03

The team's decisions, on record

For each proposed action your team's decision is recorded: planned, in progress, completed or dismissed. Records are only ever added, never deleted after the fact.

  • A completed action shows as 'awaiting re-measurement'; its effect is not guessed in advance.
  • The next-up list shows actions, proposals and opportunities not yet tied to an action in one place.

  2. DraftChecked against claims the measurement does not support.
  3. Review and approvalWho approved, and when, is recorded.
  4. PublishedThe live page is compared with the approved text.

04

Content prepared with the evidence it rests on

The studio opens from an action and first prepares an evidence pack and a content plan. The text is checked against claims the measurement does not support; draft, review, approval, ready to publish and published are each recorded.

  • Structured data (JSON-LD) is generated from your verified identity.
  • If a claim the measurement does not support gets into the text, the check flags it.

Publication check

Example

  • Titlesame as approved
  • Main textsame as approved
  • Questions sectiondifferent on the live page

05

Is the published page the approved text

After content is published, the studio reads the live address and compares the page's text with the approved text. A section lost or changed on the way to publication becomes visible.

  • The check reads the live page; it does not trust a 'published' flag.
  • If the page cannot be read, that does not count as a match.

06

Can AI crawlers read your site

The latest technical scan of your registered domain sits in the workspace: are you open to AI crawlers, does the main content read without JavaScript, are structured data and a sitemap present. The same scan also runs as a free public tool.

  • AI crawlers do not run JavaScript, and the checks account for it.
  • The full list of checks is published in the GEO checklist.

How it works

From evidence to publication

  1. Pick an opportunity

Turn one of the cards the measurement produced into an action.

  2. Prepare the content

The studio builds the evidence pack and the plan, and checks the text against unsupported claims.

  3. Check the publication

The live page is compared with the approved text; the next measurement shows the effect.

Method promise

We do not say a piece of work worked; we wait for the measurement to show it

Actions and content are tied to a measured condition. The effect of completed work is not guessed; the next measurement with the same questions shows what changed.

Read the method

What we measure

  • The measured condition an opportunity rests on
  • Every team decision and its date
  • Whether the live page matches the approved text
  • How open the site is to AI crawlers

What we do not measure

  • An action's effect before the next measurement
  • Traffic or sales returns from content
  • Suggestions without evidence

Frequently asked questions

Does the studio write the text for us?

The studio prepares the evidence pack, the content plan and the structured data; approval of the text always stays with your team. Draft, review and approval are recorded with who decided and when.

Can we edit the roadmap?

The roadmap is read from the measurement and is not reordered by hand. You record your decisions in the Action Centre; the next measurement updates the map.

How do we know whether an action worked?

With the next measurement using the same questions. A completed action shows as 'awaiting re-measurement'; its effect is not guessed in advance.

Is the site readiness scan paid?

No. The same scan runs as a free public tool with no sign-up and no card. The workspace keeps your brand's latest scan.

Step one: can your site be read

The free check measures whether AI crawlers can reach your site. For Actions and the Content Studio, let us scope it together.
