Persona Intelligence

Which buyer's question do you appear in

In the same category, a cautious buyer and a price-driven buyer ask different questions and meet different brands. Persona Intelligence splits your visibility by the audience asking.

  • Price-driven“Are there instalments, which is cheaper?”named
  • Corporate purchasing“Which brand for invoiced purchases?”cited as a source
  • Explorer“What is new, what should I try?”named
Example view · drawn with a sample brand and sample data, not a real measurement.

Answers are collected on 5 engines, each one reported on its own:

  • Claude
  • Google AI Overview

01

Visibility, by the audience asking

For each persona, whether answers named you, measured you but did not name you, or whether that audience was never asked, is shown apart. Each result is written with that persona's answer count.

  • An audience's result is read together with how many answers it rests on.
  • A result resting on few answers is not headlined as a rate.

Question

Which accounting software would you recommend for corporate teams?

Sample Brand A
  • ChatGPT · named
  • Gemini · measured, not named
  • Perplexity · named
  • Claude · could not measure
  • Google AI Overview · cited as a source
Example view · drawn with a sample brand and sample data, not a real measurement.

02

Questions from buyer motives, not keywords

The question set is written from what the buyer is after: reassurance, price, comparison, discovery. The report shows which question came from which persona.

  • The persona and motivation models we use are set out on the Personas and Models pages.
  • Persona sets are designed; they are never presented as drawn from real buyer data.

Demand map

Example
  • Payment in instalmentsmeasured, not named
  • Corporate usenamed
  • Mobile appcited as a source

Bars show relative search demand by theme, drawn as an example; beside them, your place in AI.

Example view · drawn with a sample brand and sample data, not a real measurement.

03

What people in Türkiye search for in this category

Searches derived from the question set's keywords are grouped into themes with Google Ads monthly search volume estimates. You see which themes are searched most beside whether AI answers name you there.

  • Volumes are Google Ads' rounded monthly averages and do not cover the whole category.
  • Search volume is not the number of questions put to AI assistants; the report says so.

04

An audience never asked is not a zero

If a persona is not in the question set, you are not said to be invisible to that audience. 'Not yet measured' is its own state and is never confused with 'measured, not named'.

  • Measured, measured but not named, and not yet measured: each is shown with its own mark.
  • A new audience is added to the next version of the question set.

Same question set, same version

This measurement

Same question set, same version

Two measurements sit side by side only if they used the same questions; a difference within noise reads 'no change detected'.

Example view · drawn with a sample brand and sample data, not a real measurement.

05

The same audiences, comparable measurements

Personas are part of the question set and stay fixed from measurement to measurement. Only two measurements with the same questions can show a change in an audience.

  • Adding or removing an audience is a new version of the question set.
  • Measurements made with different question sets are not compared.

How it works

From audience to question, from question to result

  1. We define the audiences

Together we set who asks in your category, and with which motive.

  2. We write the questions

For each persona, questions in the buyer's own words go into the registered question set.

  3. You read by audience

For each persona you see where you are named and where a competitor is named instead.

Method promise

What is designed is never presented as measured

Persona sets are designed from a model, not drawn from a published dataset of real Turkish questions. The report keeps the two apart: results by audience are measured, the audiences themselves are an assumption.

Read the method

What we measure

  • Whether each persona's questions name you
  • How many answers each result rests on
  • Search volume by theme, from Google Ads estimates
  • Which question came from which persona

What we do not measure

  • A persona's real share of the market
  • Personal or demographic customer data
  • Visibility in an audience not in the question set

Frequently asked questions

Where do the personas come from?

They are built on motivation models and buyer types specific to the category. Which model we use and why is set out on the Personas and Models pages.

Can we add our own audiences?

Yes. When we scope the measurement together, we write your own segments into the question set. The addition is a new version of the set, and comparisons stay within one version.

Was this drawn from our real customers?

No, and we say so. Persona sets are designed; no personal customer data is used.

How is a persona with few answers shown?

If the answer count is small, the result is not headlined as a rate; how many of how many answers named you is written as a pair.
