Pricing and invoicing

GeoMono's prices are not published on the site, and the product has no card payment, subscription or plan selection. Each measurement is priced with a written quote once its scope has been clarified: when you fill in the quote form, the quote reaches your inbox within one business day at the latest.

Data controller

The privacy notice on the processing of personal data is on the Privacy page. The data controller is GeoMono. Company registration has not been completed yet: the registered trade name and address will be published on the same page once registration is complete. Until then, we are not making up a trade name.

What data do we process?

  • Quote form: your business email address, your web address and the note you write are stored.
  • Free scan: the scanned address, the scan result, the answers of the AI preview and the result's share key are stored. No email address is requested. Your IP address is not stored; it is held briefly in server memory to limit excessive use.
  • Measurements: the questions asked to the engines and the engines' answers are stored. The questions are about your brand and your sector, and are not written to contain personal data.

What is not yet published

A retention period for scan results and form submissions has not been published yet. When that period is set, it will be added to the Privacy page. If you want one of your records deleted, use the contact route given in the privacy notice.

When our crawler visits your site

The free scan and measurements read your site's public pages. Our requests come with an identity that introduces us; you can find that identity, why and how we send requests, and how you can block them on the Our crawler bot page.
