Updated:
You log in to GeoMono with an e-mail and password. Workspace admins open accounts; every user has the viewer, analyst, manager or admin role.

On the login page you sign in with your e-mail address and password. There is no self sign-up: if you do not have an account, contact your workspace administrator or write to us through the quote form.
The login screen has no password reset link. If you have forgotten your password, contact your workspace administrator or us.
If the login service does not respond, the screen does not tell you your password is wrong; it says, with an error code, that the service did not respond. Pass that code on to your administrator.
Roles
Every user has a role. Each role can do everything the roles below it can do:
| Role | What can it do? |
|---|---|
| viewer | Sees brands, answers and reports. |
| analyst | Also decides on action cards and moves content drafts forward. |
| manager | Also changes brand settings, brand facts, automatic tracking and the engines measured. |
| admin | Also manages users and starts measurements from the panel. |
Adding users to your team
Users with the admin role add users from the "Users and roles" screen. There are two ways:
- Invitation by e-mail: the person's e-mail address is registered with a role; when the person logs in with that address for the first time, their account is tied to that role.
- Direct account: the account is opened immediately with a password.
GeoMono does not send invitation e-mails; you need to give the person you invite the login address and tell them how to log in.
An admin cannot grant a role higher than their own. The last admin in a workspace cannot be downgraded, so no workspace is ever left without an administrator.
Agencies
An agency's workspace sees its own brands and its clients' brands together. Each user belongs to a single workspace.
